Draftfcb’s former President of Digital, Martin Talks describes how companies should focus their technology goals to enrich the human experience.
He points out the four cornerstones of Human Technology Manifesto:
- encourage people to look up, not look down
- enhance human contact, not remove it
- help customers meet their implicit goals
- take people with you, not leave them behind
So the goal is to move the focus from (technological) capabilities to human needs of clients and employees. I find these principles important in any company.
